Power in a Small Package
It runs on 400V and pulls 2500W, all packed into a 300mm length. That voltage is chosen for industrial setups, so it keeps the current draw lower than lower-voltage options. The result? High heat density in a tiny footprint. It warms up fast—really fast—but keep in mind, that kind of output means you’ll need to plan for cooling. This heater brings the heat, and that heat adds up.
Built to Last Under Pressure
Inside, you’ve got a halogen-filled quartz tube. The halogen chemistry protects the filament, so it stays stable even through constant on-off cycles. The quartz body handles wild temperature swings without cracking. It all connects through an R7s connector, which gives you a secure, two-end fit—mechanically and electrically. Wiring is simpler, and the element stays locked in place, even when things get shaky.
Heat Where You Need It, When You Need It
This setup is made for spot heating in tight enclosures and process areas. It sends out focused infrared heat, warming objects and surfaces directly—not the air around them. That means you get instant response and precise local control. Less wasted energy. Faster cycle times.
