Technical Deep-Dive
We built these overheat protection heaters for one reason: to pack serious heat into tight spots—especially for PET blowing. We’re talking a 400V, 2500W rating. That’s a lot of wattage. And the 300mm length? It focuses all that power into a small footprint. The payoff is simple: you get fast heat-up and rock-solid temperatures right where the machine needs them.
Material & Design
Inside, the halogen element sits snug in a quartz tube. That reflective coating does its job too, pushing infrared energy forward instead of letting it spill out the sides. And the R7s connector makes replacement a breeze. Line it up. Lock it in. Wire it up. Done. Then there’s the overheat protection. Think of it as a hard limiter. If the tube starts to run too hot, it cuts the power before anything gets fried.
Application & Benefits
When you’re doing PET blowing, you need heat that’s intense and focused to soften the preform quickly. This heater gets right to the target temperature, so your cycle times stay steady. But here’s the trade-off: with 2500W of power, things get hot. So your machine’s cooling and airflow need to be up to the task. When you match the cooling to the heater, you get performance you can count on. And fewer surprise stops on the line.
