Technical Deep-Dive

Material & Design
We went with a halogen heating tube, wrapped in quartz. Why? Because it heats up almost instantly and stays steady, even when you’re flipping it on and off all day. The halogen gas inside lets the filament run hot without burning out too soon, so you hit temperature in seconds. The R7s connector is solid, too. It stays tight through all the shaking and temperature swings you get in commercial gear. And the tube coating? Made to handle high heat and resist wear from constant heating and cooling.
