The quartz glass body is coated to focus the heat where you need it, not just radiating it all over the place. Then there’s the connector—an R7s base. It’s a standard industrial connector, built to handle high temperatures and high current without arcing. It stays secure, even with all the vibration. And for wiring, the Sk15 terminal block makes the hookup simple and solid.
How it holds up on the factory floor
This module is made for the tough life of PET blow molding. The high heat density keeps the footprint small, so it fits into tight machine bays without sacrificing output. And that fast response time? It gives you control right when you need it. But here’s the thing—all that power comes with a catch. The 2500W output means your machine’s cooling system has to be up to the task. If the cooling can’t keep up, the surrounding temperature climbs, and that can shorten the life of nearby electronics. We build our module to take a beating. But the rest of your system has to do its part, too.
